• Public Registries — Corporate, UCC, and vessel registrations

Normalization Rules

• Entity names are normalized to their most commonly used form in public filings
• Aliases are cross-referenced across dockets to confirm identity
• Case numbers follow the court's official format (e.g., 0:23-cv-61696-RNS)
• Dates use ISO 8601 format; where ambiguous, the earliest filed date is used
• Monetary values are extracted from the record; where ranges exist, the conservative figure is shown

What We Exclude

• Sealed or confidential filings
• Settlement terms not filed with the court
• Unverified third-party claims without court record
• Private communications not entered as evidence
• Conclusions of criminal conduct not reflected in a judicial order
